Vendor Liaising, Service Quality & Confirmation 

  • Facilitating final communication between couple and vendor  
  • Vendor follow through for wedding day services
  • Preparing and sending vendor itineraries
  • Distributing all final vendor payments and gratuities

Creative Design, Decor & Direction

  • Creative brainstorming and assembly of guest favors
  • Creation of floor plans, seating chart arrangements and name plates
  • Coordination and creative direction with decor set-up and arrangement

Rehearsal & Rehearsal Dinner

  • Rehearsal and rehearsal dinner coordination (includes complete decor set-up and tear down - if applicable)
  • Attending and overseeing the rehearsal (up to 3 hours)
  • Reviewing timing and processional order, ceremony positions and recessional music
  • Collecting and transporting ceremony and reception decorative items and accessories to the reception venue
  • Answering questions and giving helpful reminders of roles and positions

Finalizing Wedding-Day Details 

  • Timeline development and implementation (ALL adjustments must be approved by the couple.)
  • Coordinating hair, spa and makeup appointments for the couple and bridal party
  • Ensuring that all bridal attire is at it’s designated location   
  • Coordinating transportation for the bride and groom and bridal party

Wedding-Day Tasks

  • Greeting, escorting and assisting all vendors
  • Coordinating the pre-ceremony photo session
  • Distributing programs and maps to guests upon their arrival to the ceremony
  • Ensuring that all guests are seated at the ceremony
  • Managing all pre-ceremony, ceremony and reception details
  • Distributing flowers to the wedding party
  • Complete ceremony and reception decor set-up and tear down
  • Up to 12-hours of on-site coverage
  • Gathering the collection of gifts received and keeping them secure until the couple returns from their honeymoon (if applicable)
  • Venue walk-through with staff (if applicable)
