Wedding-Day Coordination

  • Coordinating the pre-ceremony photo session
  • Distributing programs and maps to guests upon their arrival to the ceremony
  • Ensuring that all guests are seated at the ceremony
  • Managing all pre-ceremony, ceremony and reception tasks
  • Distributing flowers to the wedding party
  • Complete ceremony and reception decor set-up and teardown
  • Up to 12-hours of on-site coverage
  • Distributing all final vendor payments and gratuities
